For security reasons, a signature is required for all our package deliveries.
We previously experienced many cases where packages were reported as missing after being delivered. After introducing Direct Signature Required (DSR), these cases were greatly reduced.
Because of this, carriers are not authorised to leave our packages unattended at the door, on a porch, or in another location without obtaining a signature.
We realise this can make delivery slightly less convenient, but it provides much better protection for both the customer and the shipment.
