⚠️A properly installed eFlexFuel kit will not trigger any vehicle symptoms or vehicle warnings!
⚠️Before contacting our support team, please complete the following checks. We're asking you these questions anyway.
1. Test the eFlexFuel device using the eFlexApp
- Engine must be running / idling
- Connect to eFlexFuel device (eFlexApp download)
- Check for any connection issues or abnormal data readings
- Review any warnings codes shown in the app
- Ensure the ethanol content is within the normal range (5–85%)
- Confirm that all injectors & cylinders are functioning correctly
2. Review the results
- If everything looks normal in the eFlexApp, the eFlexFuel device is unlikely to be the cause of the issue
3. Contact your installation workshop (if not DIY)
- Reach out to the shop that installed your eFlexFuel device
- If needed, they will contact us directly for further support
- Issues caused by the eFlexFuel device after installation are very rare, as each unit undergoes a three-stage testing process before delivery
Common installation issues:
- Poor or faulty ground connection
- Incorrect polarity in male connectors
- Loose or poorly connected connectors
- The eFlexFuel device or eFlexFuel wiring harness is near or in contact with high-voltage components (coil, spark plugs, etc.).
